Understand how to use this information safely

Last updated: October 27, 2026
These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of winkapks.org at winkapks.org (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. What the Site does
winkapks.org is an informational website about online casinos and gambling services. We are not a gambling operator: we do not offer gambling, accept bets or deposits, hold gambling accounts, or determine the outcome of games. You cannot gamble through us.
Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not legal, financial or gambling advice, and it may not reflect the latest terms, products or regulatory status of a third-party operator. Check the operator’s own terms and verify its current licence before deciding whether to use its services. Where an operator holds a remote licence, its gambling website or app should display licence information and link to its public register entry.
2. Affiliate links and third-party services
Some links on the Site may be affiliate links. If you follow one and take an action with a third party, we may receive a commission or other payment. This does not change the price you pay unless the linked offer expressly says otherwise. Affiliate relationships do not constitute a guarantee, recommendation or endorsement of an operator, product, promotion or outcome.
Third-party websites and services are controlled by their own providers and terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, offers, conduct or services. Check any relevant terms directly with the provider before proceeding.
3. Eligibility and gambling in the United Kingdom
You must be at least 18 years old to gamble in the UK. Do not use a gambling service if you are under 18. Gambling operators must verify a customer’s age before allowing them to deposit funds into a gambling account. Our Site is not an age-verification service and does not enable underage gambling.
These terms are intended for use in the United Kingdom. The Gambling Commission regulates most types of gambling in Great Britain; regulatory arrangements can differ elsewhere, including in Northern Ireland. You are responsible for checking the laws and requirements that apply where you are located and for using only services lawfully available to you.
Rules for UK-licensed operators include restrictions on credit-card gambling, including certain credit-card-funded wallet payments, and a ban on online slot autoplay in Britain. Online slot game cycles must allow at least 2.5 seconds before the next cycle can commence. For online slots, the maximum total stake in a game cycle is £2 for an individual under 25 and £5 for an individual aged 25 or over. These regulatory requirements concern operators and games; they do not make the Site a gambling service.
4. Your decisions and safer gambling
You are responsible for your own decisions, including whether to gamble, which service to use and whether you can afford to do so. Gambling involves financial risk, and no information on the Site guarantees winnings or a particular result. Do not gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
UK-regulated remote operators must prompt new customers to set a financial limit before their first deposit and provide accessible account-level limit controls. UKGC-licensed casinos must also provide responsible-gambling tools, including self-exclusion. If you choose to gamble, consider using available limits and support tools. If gambling is causing you concern, stop and seek appropriate help.
5. Complaints and regulation
The Site does not handle gambling accounts or operator disputes. If you have a complaint about a gambling operator, contact that operator directly and follow its complaints process. UKGC licensees must offer an internal complaints process and access to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution service. The operator should explain how to use these options. You may also check its licence and regulatory information with the UK Gambling Commission at https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk.
6. Content and availability
We aim to keep the Site useful and accurate but make no promise that its content is complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, remove or change content at any time. You may use the Site for personal, lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, interfere with its operation, or copy or republish its content without permission where permission is required.
7. Liability and changes to these terms
To the extent permitted by applicable law, winkapks.org is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on Site content, use of a third-party service, or a third party’s acts or omissions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version on the Site. The version displayed when you use the Site applies to that use. These terms do not create a gambling account or any contract between you and a third-party operator.
